1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Domestic shipping
We currently offer only standard shipping for domestic orders.

4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages
Lash Ale Katy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Return and Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Eligible items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

However, we do not accept returns for liquid products or products that have been opened. For all eligible returns, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, some items may be charged a restocking fee. Please ensure you review your order thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
