Lash Satisfaction Guarantee

We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.

Our eyelash extension guarantee offers a 5-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your extensions or have lost an excessive amount of lashes, and lashes extension allergies, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will happily fix it.

However, please note that in order for our guarantee to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • If you experience any issues with your eyelash extensions within the first 48 hours of application, we will do our best to correct the problem at no additional cost to you.

  • If you experience any issues with your eyelash extensions beyond 3 days to 5 days of application & you didn't report it immediately, we will do our best to correct the problem at a discounted rate, however, there will be a fee associated with the correction.

  • You must keep some lost lashes to show your lash technician

  • If a repair appointment is needed, it must be booked within 5 days of the original appointment. Any later than that exposes your lashes to everyday wear and tear and voids the lash warranty.

  • Correct aftercare instructions must be followed. If it is determined that improper aftercare was used, the client will be given the choice to either refill the missing lashes at the next follow-up appointment or refill them on the spot at the client's expense.

Please note that the guarantee is only valid if proper aftercare instructions have been followed and if the extensions have not been tampered with.

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Lash Extension Retouch Policy

Scheduling Appointments:

  • Appointments can be scheduled online through our website, or by phone.

  • We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours We recommend 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a fee of $15.

  • No-shows will be charged the $15 Fee.

    • At our salon, we require a non-refundable booking fee of $15 to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of the services you receive and can only be used for services or retail products.

    • We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to make adjustments to your appointment. In such cases, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice no less than 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.

  • Please note that in case of cancellation of the appointment without rescheduling, the booking fee will be held as a cancellation fee.

Lateness Policy:

  • If you are running late, please call us or text to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • However, please note that being more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service & additional fee or the need to reschedule.

Payment & Refund Or Return Policy

Payment:

  • Types of payment accepted (e.g., cash, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay).

  • a non-refundable booking fee of $15 + 0.80 Fee + Tax to secure your appointment requires.

  • Payment is expected at the time of service for all services rendered. All payments are final.

Gratuity policy:

Gratuity is a monetary amount given to a service provider as a token of appreciation for good service. It is usually given in the form of cash, but it can also be given in the form of a digital payment or credit card. The gratuity is usually given in addition to the cost of the service.

A refund or return policy:

  • Whether or not refunds or returns are allowed for services.

  • Refunds or price matches are not offered on lash or brow treatments by Lash Ale Katy as we provide a labor service that cannot be put back onto the shelf for resale.

  • Under what circumstances (e.g., if the extensions were applied incorrectly, if the client is unhappy with the results) will be fixed and taken care of it under our grantee policy and instructions must be followed.

  • How to request a refund or return for our store product (e.g., by contacting the salon or esthetician, providing proof of purchase) You will receive a store credit and must follow the product return policy, the product must be not damaged and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

  • Any restocking or handling fees that may apply

At Ale Beauty Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt for store credit.

Eligible items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or by using the Contact Page with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for mailing your item back to us. or you will be responsible for your own shipping label.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will send you a store credit for the same amount or provide you with a replacement if it is available and eligible.
